Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access (such as ad accounts or brand assets) to execute campaigns effectively.
All fees are due as agreed in your service package or contract. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy.
All content created by ClickBoost Advertising LLC for clients remains the property of the client once full payment is received. Our proprietary strategies and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
ClickBoost Advertising LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we strive to achieve the best results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales numbers, follower growth, or revenue.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information exchanged during the course of service.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States.
